Los Angeles is full of events, yet even when you attend one, it can still feel lonely. The activities are happening, but the sense of connection often feels lost. What if there were intimate dinner parties specifically for women seeking new friendships? What if there were free meet-ups that supported local businesses and community organizations? How wonderful would it be to connect with people from the East Side, the Valley, and the West Side? Instead of gatherings centered around alcohol, what if they focused on healing and personal growth? 

Girls Who Meet Up was born out of a personal need and has become a reality. 

The term "community" is often overused and frequently misunderstood. For women, particularly Black women, women of color, queer, and trans women, finding a space that fosters meaningful conversation and connection can be challenging. Girls Who Meet Up aims to change that.

There is so much to be gained from getting outside in good company. Whether it's one of our dinner parties, hikes, or sound healing events, you're warmly invited to the table!
